Dear Teri Mcveigh,
1. Dates of emails would be 01 January 2020 until 05 April 2024. regards to the Independent fire company being taken out of service the sender would be Susan Danson or township representatives , Reciprocate would be Fire Chief and or President of Independent fire Company #1.
2. Court paperwork with determination on courts decision on reinstatement of Independent fire company #1.
Yours sincerely,
Michael Denutts
Dear Mr. Denutts:
I received your response to my request for clarification but I still am
not sure I understand your requests. For the first request, you say emails
from Susan Danson “or township representatives.” Who do you mean by
Township representative? Once I receive your response, I can move to
complete the review for your request.
For your second request, again, it is not clear what documents you are
requesting. OPRA requires you to identify documents with specificity.
I am attaching the court orders issued in March and April of 2024 as these
address the reopening of fire services in the Township.
If this is not what you were looking for, please identify the documents
you are seeking.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the [insert name of agency] to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding, in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at
P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [email address], or at
their
web site at www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other questions
about the law. All questions regarding complaints filed in Superior Court
should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County.
Sincerely,
Andrea T. McVeigh, RMC
