Mr. Kratovil:
Apologies for the failure of you not receiving the "Government Records Request Form" response on June 19, 2020. Due to the inability of the NJDEP not being able to update the request's email address into our OPRA Tracking system due to the OPRA Machine's lengthy email address. Normally upon completion of the NJEP's response, the tracking system automatically emails the response. For these two, the NJDEP had to manually email it and that task was missed.
I noticed for OPRA 272005, the NJDEP's response was "No Records". However, the Site ID you provided suggests its "Brunswick Town Center". Can you confirm if this is correct as the NJDEP's records identify the address for this site to be "Jersey Avenue and Hale Street" or "20 Jersey Avenue". Your request provided "50 Jersey Avenue" and no Block or Lot numbers to correlate.
Once I here back concerning OPRA request 272005, we can reinvestigate if necessary. Then I'll have my office schedule your access to the responsive records. Currently, we are working our way through the backlog of providing access to records that were not able to be provided based on the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic.

That is the absolute soonest I'd be able to schedule you. The previous dates are booked.
I have scheduled you for 10/20/20 @ 9:00 a.m. although you can come in any time before 2:00 p.m. Please bring a mask and let us know if you will be bringing anyone with you. Upon your arrival to 401 East State Street, Trenton NJ stop at the guards desk and present your ID. You will be escorted to the records.
As part of NJDEP’s commitment to provide a safe and healthy workplace for employees and visitors, upon your arrival to the NJDEP Headquarters, you will be asked to participate in a COVID screening process that includes a no-touch temperature scan and brief questionnaire.
If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will be given the opportunity to wait in an isolated area for 5 minutes for retesting upon which you will be tested again. If the reading remains above this threshold or your responses on the COVID screening questions raises concern, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment at a later date by contacting this Office.
Lobby guards will sign visitors in and out of the building after the screening process. No medical information related to this screening process will be recorded.
