Records requested:
Documentation for road closures from 5/1/2022 until 5/19/2022 for "Church Street" and "Third Street" as is required by municipal statute 16-1.9. Please include all notices of notification to the Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Management, Board of Education, and any other applicable documents. Please attach the traffic plan and any applicable detour designs.

Your Opra request received 5/19/2022 sought access to "Documentation for road closures from 5/1/2022 until 5/19/2022 for "Church Street" and "Third Street" as is required by municipal statute 16-1.9. Please include all notices of notification to the Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Management, Board of Education, and any other applicable documents. Please attach the traffic plan and any applicable detour designs." A response is required no more than seven (7) business days following receipt of your request, or no later than 5/31/2022 due to Memorial Day closure.
Your request requires additional time to provide the records requested. A response will be provided no later than Friday, June 3, 2022.

There are no records to provide from the police department responsive to your request for "documentation for road closures from 5/1/2022 until 5/19/2022 for "Church Street" and "Third Street" as is required by municipal statute 16-1.9. Please include all notices of notification to the Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Management, Board of Education, and any other applicable documents. The police department advises "the company doing the work would have called via phone to Monmouth County Radio Room."
Requests for records from the fire department, emergency management and board of education should be requested from those offices directly as those records are not held in this office.
