The municipal court is subject to different rules. I inquired with both the Municipal Court Administrator and the Assistant Township Attorney and they advise that the documents, if they exist, would be maintained by the municipal court, and since the municipal court is part of the judiciary, and not subject to OPRA, you would have to follow the judicial procedures for obtaining records.
See Ms. Flanagan's instructions below as to the process the Court requires to request records (using their own form).
