Per your recent OPRA request, attached is the current collective
bargaining agreement for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local
641 which represents our Dispatchers.
Be further advised of the following:
There are 4 full-time dispatchers, and 8 part-time dispatchers.   All
dispatchers hold the title of  "Telecommunicator".
As to seniority, there are 3 full-time dispatchers eligible for
longevity, which is reflected by an additional $.17 per hour in their
hourly rate. 
This OPRA request is deemed complete.
