In response to your request for the police report regarding this matter. I was informed by the Brick Township Police Department that the reports requested are part of a case being heard by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, Grand Jury Trial Unit. Therefore, you must contact them
Regarding your request for dash camera video below, the Brick Township Police Department does not utilize dash cameras. Therefore, there are no such records.

Yes you can. Though it does generally take more than the 7 business days, due to the fact they need permission from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office first.
