Attention Government Records Requestor Dwight Hosem:
The New Jersey Division of Fire Safety (“Division”) is in receipt of your
government records request dated September 20, 2022 wherein you seek “All
communications to include voice, text, and e-mail between the New Jersey
Department of Community Affairs, Division of Fire Safety and Dennis
Township Fire Districts #1, #2, and #3 as it relates to the development of

The Division reviewed your request and seeks clarification as to the scope
of your request. Are you seeking records solely between the Division and
the three aforementioned Fire Districts concerning the “development of the
Dennis Township Enforcement Agency,” or are you seeking records concerning
the development of same between the Division and other individuals or
entities aside from (and including) the Fire Districts?

Attention Government Records Requestor Dwight Hosem:
The New Jersey Division of Fire Safety (“Division”) replied to your
request for records under OPRA and the Common Law Right of Access with the
previously sent four PDFS (4) containing responsive records to your
request.
Upon posting of the four (4) PDFs and this letter update, the Division
will deem your request as satisfied and closed.
Please note that the Division’s request for clarification dated September
21, 2022 went unanswered and therefore to err on the side of caution, the
Division sent all relevant records responsive to your request (i.e., not
just limited to correspondence between the three (3) fire districts and
the Division).
The Division trusts that you will find the Division’s response
satisfactory.
