I have a hard time believing that no communications exist for item #3. How did the people at the meeting know about the meeting? How did they get the RFQ?

Please consider this a separate request and send all advertisements for the RFO and or RFQ and all publicly made postings, and all emails relating the RFP or RFQ to or from Tom Boyd, Mary Brown, or and elected official from 11-1-23 through today.

Please also provide the contract for the demolition with whichever company won the bid.
