The additional information aside from the current agreement are not documents maintained by the Township. Since the Delran Emergency Squad is a private entity please direct your request directly to them.

Dear Jamey Eggers,
Where is the contract or payments for the $26,000 loan stated in Paragraph I, section iii?
In Section S of the contract, where is the documentation from the 'periodic audits'? That specifically states 'financial information' which would contain employees, employment information, etc.
In Section Y, it states "all information, reports, studies, data, statistics, forms, instructions, designs, plans, procedures, manuals, systems, software, documentation and any other material or property produced under this Agreement shall be shared by Delran and DES". This means YOU should have employees, employment information, salaries, etc shared between the Township and DES.
With this information above, are you saying Delran Township is violating its contract with DES?
