Records provided October 20, 2023

Dear Middlesex County OPRA Center,

I am a little confused by the response. I am not clear on why some entities are considered to be so top secret that the county can't even release agendas or meeting minutes years later, in some cases after the bodies have become completely defunct/inactive. At what point will the secrecy end?

Additionally, my request was for the most agenda/minutes and report from each of the named entities. In response, I was provided Transportation Coordinating Committee meeting minutes/agenda for 11.25.2014. However, that Committee met regularly for many years thereafter. Indeed I spoke to the committee in June of 2018: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFfLDUc3.... Can you confirm if the county has more recent TCC records on file than the ones that were provided?

Can you also confirm that the records provided for the other bodies are from the most recent meeting?

Yours sincerely,

Charlie Kratovil
