Records requested:
I request the names and business addresses of the companies for all authorized deferred compensation handlers in Berkeley Township. This includes the names of all the principals in these companies. This also includes appointment dates, bid specs and a list of companies who have bid or have been appointed in the past 5 years. Any guidelines or rules for governing employee participation in Deferred Compensation.

No one has bid in the past 5 years. Berkeley Township’s deferred
Compensation has been in place since 5/22/1989.
Guidelines or rules for governing employee participation in Deferred
Compensation by the Township is based on the IRS guidelines and rules.
