The requested emails Contain 563 Pages $28.15 As per [Paff v. Gloucester City (Camden), GRC Complaint No. 2009-102 (Interim Order dated April 8, 2010 The Council held that “[a]although the actual cost of providing records electronically is likely $0.00 because the Custodian had to make copies to redact the requested minutes prior to providing same electronically, the Custodian’s charge of $6.00 represents the actual cost to provide the records to the Complainant pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(b).” Id. at 17. and affirmed by Madlinger vs Berkeley Township GRC Complaint No. 2018-18, The Township special service charge calculation is based on the request will substantially disrupt the office (taking an employee away from their normal duties for more than one working day) and one minute per page 563 pages = 9.38 hours x $17.46 per hour(lowest paid employee in the office) = $163.77 Totaling $184.92
A Deposit of $92.46 is required before the Township will begin the work as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.f (Which Represents ½ of the cost for reproduction)
