Dear Plainsboro,
Under the OPRA law and common law right of access, please provide the following records:
1) logs containing the following metadata for all emails SENT by Committeeman David Bander since he took office in 2013: “sender,” “recipient(s),” “date,” "time," and “subject.”
2) logs containing the following metadata for all emails RECEIVED by Committeeman David Bander since he took office in 2013: “sender,” “recipient(s),” “date,” "time," and “subject.”
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be helpful in clarifying this request. As I am not familiar with the Township's email system, I would be happy to learn more about it and I am open to modifying this request to ensure that it can be fulfilled as swiftly as possible, and with as little effort as possible. Please be advised that the Open Public Request submitted on Saturday, July 4, 2020 (township office holiday closure) is due today, however, it requires an additional 7 business days before its completion. At this time, due to the COVID 19 pandemic and having multiple offices with staggered schedules, we are requesting an additional seven days to complete your OPRA request. Upon completion, we’ll deliver the document(s) electronically via email, as per your request.
