Dear Monmouth County Sheriff's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all Spillman Involvements, CAD entries, Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) lookup history and New Jersey DMV lookup history on New Jersey Registration: N35EHM from any and all Police Agencies and Police Officer requests the Monmouth County Sheriffs Office - Radio Room (Communications) dispatches for.
“History” in this context being defined as in the time, date and agency in which any Sworn Law Enforcement Officer or Monmouth County Sheriffs Office Communications Dispatcher conducted a lookup on the aforementioned New Jersey Registration.
