Data for Use of Force
Dear Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office,

Please provide the Use of Force Data compiled for the Belmar NJ Police Department from 2017 to current date in 2021. According to the NJ State Police, the data is available through the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office.

Please see attached in response to your OPRA request. I believe this is what you meant when you said "Use of Force Data." If that is not correct, please clarify. These are end of the year forms so we do not have 2021 yet.
