I am specifically requesting:

Body-Worn Camera (BWC) footage from the first two responding officers, as well as any additional BWC footage connected to the suspect’s arrest.

The primary officer’s police report or probable cause statement (with all personally identifiable information appropriately redacted).

Please note the following exclusions:

Any PII, nudity, depictions of minors, or explicit content should be removed or redacted.

If BWC footage was not used during the incident, please provide confirmation.

Preferred Format: Digital delivery via email or a secure file-sharing platform (e.g., Evidence.com, iCrimeFighter, Box.com).
