Dashcam, Bodyworn camera footage, and Report for Fallan Turner Arrest
Dear Records Custodian,
I am submitting a request under the Open Records Act for records related to the arrest of Fallan Turner in Wildwood Crest, NJ, involving charges of endangering the welfare of children, aggravated assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest with force, and disorderly conduct.
I am specifically requesting:
Body-Worn Camera (BWC) footage from the first two responding officers, as well as any additional BWC footage connected to the suspect’s arrest.
The primary officer’s police report or probable cause statement (with all personally identifiable information appropriately redacted).
Please note the following exclusions:
Any PII, nudity, depictions of minors, or explicit content should be removed or redacted.
If BWC footage was not used during the incident, please provide confirmation.
Preferred Format: Digital delivery via email or a secure file-sharing platform (e.g., Evidence.com, iCrimeFighter, Box.com).
