Custodian of Police Records Emails
Dear Freehold Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Any email(s) sent to Police Personnel from Lt. Kenneth S. Kleinman (Ret) regarding OPRA requests between the dates of 8:30am Monday, September 11, 2023 through 4:30pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.

This is a follow-up with additional information regarding the above OPRA request.
1. "copies of email logs. Please include sender, recipient, date and subject."
Please see the Paff v. Township of Galloway Supreme Court decision from 2017, which held this is a valid OPRA request.
