Good evening Mr. Pasculli,

Your request is in process. Please be mindful that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A et. seq. a custodian shall grant or deny access as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) business days after the request is received unless a shorter time period is provided by statute, regulation or executive order. Day one (1) is the day following the custodian’s receipt of the request. As the Municipal Offices are closed Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26, day 1 is Tuesday, December 27.

Our departments are working diligently to provide access in a timely manner.
