At the April 13th, 2022 meeting a resolution was passed to give $50,000 to Reach Wellness and Charles McCabe, yet you did not send that one. It is resolution #2022-00197. Could you please send that as well? Is there a reason it wasn't included?

Please be advised that this request seeks information or asks questions and does not identify specific government records. As such, your request is an invalid OPRA request. When a request is “complex” because it fails to specifically identify the documents sought, then that request is not “encompassed” by OPRA. See New Jersey Builders Association v. New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, 390 N.J.Super. 166, 180 (App. Div. 2007). Notwithstanding the above, your request was limited to “Accounting of the Cares Act money received by the Burlington County Bridge Commission… as well as the resolutions for each approval of the $660,000…”. As these funds you reference were never disbursed and the loan was cancelled, there were no documents to provide relating to the recipient mentioned in your email below. Attached please find Resolution number 2022-00426 which amended Resolution number 2022-00197. Thank you for the opportunity to be of assistance.
