After a search of our records, we were unable to locate any identifiable records from Officer McWain from January 1, 2013 - February 28, 2013. We were able to locate 3 complaints from 2013 for Officer McWain. Please let me know if you want the 3 complaints dated 7/18/2013, 9/13/2013 and 11/20/2013.

I am interested in obtaining those complaints.
In all candor, I am interested in all of his complaints, from 2013 to present, but was planning on slowly requesting them over time so as to not overwhelm or annoy you, your assistant, or the records custodian that would need to be involved to fulfill such a request, as well as to avoid submitting a request that is burdensome.
I can continue in that manner or, alternatively, if you are able to provide the sum of those complaints at some point within the next few months, that will work too.

Thank you for your email. Attached is the list we received from Promis when we ran the officers name. I will work on getting you copies of all complaints. I know we had no records from 2008, did you want me to check all records from 2009 - present?

Thank you, and yes, I would like those criminal complaints as well. I understand he was an officer from approximately 2008 to 2020, and I am attempting to gather the actual criminal complaints he has authored that are for either indictable crimes or DPs or PDPs that are associated with an indictable offense. Basically anything that was initially sent to your office for prosecution, whether or not it was later downgraded or dismissed.

Attached please find a case list generated from Promis with a list of cases from 2013 - present. Please note that we were unable to locate any files in Promis prior to 2013. I am also attaching complaints with redactions for 2013, 2014, and 2015. Please be advised that I am still working on the remainder of the complaints. I am hoping to have all complaints copied and redacted within 30 days. Please let me know if you have any questions.
