Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Franklin Township (Somerset)'s handling of my OPRA request 'CRB 935 Hamilton Street Parking Lot Middlebush Park Driveway Resurfacing'.
We are still awaiting a response for this request.

Attached are the bid results. The deadline for this request is June 12, 2023.
The request was received on June 1, 2023. It was forwarded to Purchasing on June 1, 2023. We had not received response from Purchasing as of today.
As stated in other OPRA responses for this type of record, the Purchasing Administrator and the Township Engineer do not create bid tabulation spreadsheets. The Purchasing Administrator posts the proposal pages from the bids received.
