I am requesting school employee Covid positive cases reported from Freehold Township School District to the Freehold Area Health Department from October 18, 2021 until March 22, 2022; specifically broken down by vaccinated staff members that tested positive for Covid and unvaccinated staff members that tested positive for Covid.
