Dear Beachwood Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I would like a copy of your OPRA Log for 2017, 2018, and 2019 (i.e. a log of all OPRA requests your agency received since January 1, 2017).

If you do not keep a log of your OPRA requests, then I will need to log them myself and therefore ask for a copy of all OPRA requests received by your agency since January 1, 2017.

For security reasons, it is not at all possible for us to provide you with
access to past email logs.
This is because our email logscontain very sensitive information that
cannot be disclosed with our
customers, as their privacy would be breached if we were to do so.  

The only circumstance you would potentially be able to get access to these
would be via
a court order; in that case the request should be made
through [1][email address] accordingly.
