Dear Middlesex County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all invoices received and records of all payments made for the following Superior Court case: MID-L-002860-20 (plaintiff: Juanita McKoy). Please also provide a copy of the "reservation of rights with respect to uncovered counts" as well as any correspondence with the City of New Brunswick regarding this claim, including any claim forms, letters, emails, text messages, or other communications.

At the MCMJIF meeting yesterday, you asked about a response on your
request for attorneys’ invoices for this matter. I believe it was agreed
that a list of the invoices with dates and amounts charged would satisfy
the outstanding OPRA request. (You stated if this was insufficient you
would file another OPRA request for additional information or additional
documents.)
