Good afternoon,
I received your OPRA request on July 12, 2023 for “Resolution 17-239 and any attachments, Resolution 17-240 and any attachments, and Resolution 17-241 and any attachments.” As such, the seven business day deadline to respond to your request is on July 21, 2023. This response is being provided to you on the first (1st) business day of the custodian’s receipt of the said request.
The following records are being provided and are responsive to your request:
1. Resolution 17-239 (2 pages)
2. Resolution 17-240 (2 pages)
3. Resolution 17-241 (2 pages)
These records are being transmitted to you via e-mail, as per your request. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b, there is no cost associated with this request as the documents are being transmitted to you electronically.

At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
