I received your OPRA request on July 12, 2023 for “Resolution 17-239 and any attachments, Resolution 17-240 and any attachments, and Resolution 17-241 and any attachments.” As such, the seven business day deadline to respond to your request is on July 21, 2023. This response is being provided to you on the first (1st) business day of the custodian’s receipt of the said request.

The following records are being provided and are responsive to your request:
