Costs of Special Elections Held Due to Errors

Dear Middlesex County,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide records of all costs incurred by the County for: (a) the April 20, 2021 special election for Highland Park Borough Council, and (b) the March 22, 2022 special election for Old Bridge Township Council, including but not limited to: (1) any bills or invoices, (2) proof of payment, and (3) any legal opinions regarding these debacles.

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
As per your request, please see attached the expense reports for the
Highland Park Special Municipal 2021 and the Old Bridge Special Municipal
2022. I've attached here the invoices and purchase orders for the expenses
which were election specific. We're still in the process of obtaining the
proof of payment for the attached invoices. That portion of your request
requires an extension of time until March 10th.
