Cost of media used to respond to opra requests

The request was successful.

Dear Edison Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The Edison police department charges the public actual cost of a CD to respond to records requests.
I request the invoice or record that shows the cost of a CD.
For example if the Edison police department purchased 100 CD roms at 100.00. the cost to a requester would be 1.00 per CD.
I am asking for the invoice showing the cost of the CD batch, currently being used to respond to records requests.

Yours faithfully,

R Lord

Tango, Melissa,

Good Afternoon,

A 2 week extension is needed on this. The new due date will be 2/4/2022

Central Records.

Dear Tango, Melissa,

Please provide the valid reason under the law , why a invoice in the computer system would need a two week extension. This is a simple request.

Yours sincerely,

R Lord

Good Afternoon,

Please see attached opra request that you are looking for.

As for the fee, Police Records Department didn’t set the fee for the DVD,
the set fee’s  came from the Township Clerk Office. That is what they were
charging when they were doing Police Orpa.

Have a great day.
