Good afternoon,

Your request sought the following documents:

1. Any correspondence to and/or from any township employee, elected official, or contractor and Patrick Duff from August 2021 to present.
2. Any attachments to any responsive documents.

Your request remains overly broad and unclear as it fails to state a subject matter and I also need clarity on the term contractor. Without waiving these deficiencies, below is a link to responsive documents.

The provision of the correspondence from Attorney, within the attachments, should not be construed as the Township's waiver of its Attorney-Client privilege.

All redactions on the attachments are as they were provided in response to the corresponding OPRA request and the reason for the redaction was provided in the response in the corresponding email.
