All correspondence between Paul Kanitra and Borough Officials / administration as well as any departments.

Good Afternoon,
This request is in legal review and clarification is necessary on some
aspects, to wit:
1. What type of correspondence is being requested?
2. What subject-matter is the request in relation to?
3. What time frame for correspondence is being sought?
Elcavage v. West Milford (articulates the requirements of an email OPRA
request), and Burke v. Brandes (reinforces subject matter being an
essential part of determining search parameters for 'correspondence') are
the cases I reviewed. In general, the request toes the line of
vagueness.
