Corona (Covid-19) work policies
Dear Pine Beach Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please include all policies taken for your personnel during this National Covid-19 pandemic. Offices that remained open for business, how the employees handled this workload? Have any work from home policies been enacted? Rotating shifts? Split shifts? Reduced hours? Etc. Please include all employee related policies. Has the Municipality supplied any safety equipment for employees? What are the Municipalities policies on reporting possible exposure to the virus? If a co-workers has been diagnosed, who is informed and was any offices quarantined? What is your policy on employees right to know if they have been exposed to this virus?

In response to your broad request for information, I have the following information:
The Borough of Pine Beach offices are open for business, but with no personal contact. We utilize fax, email, US mail and telephones to assist our residents. Office hours have been adjusted so that there are no employees engaging with other employees. Safety equipment is provided as always. The OEM is following the state guidelines for reporting any COVID 19 exposures. We follow all state and federal guidelines as to employee exposure.
