RE: Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Request
1. Copy of or Appointment to view county approved drop-box recordation of all
and inclusive drop-box recordings: this should include all precincts within
Bergen County from early voting Oct 29, 2022, through Election Day
November 8, 2022.

I hereby request certifications that the record(s) produced are correct pursuant to the New
Jersey Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”), New Jersey S.A. 47:1A-13. I can provide a thumb
drive to facilitate saving the produced, in the original or common electronic format, unless you
prefer to provide same. If no such records exist, kindly reply to affirm in writing.
If my request does not adequately describe the records to be produced, please contact me
via e-mail so that I may clarify my request, and when appropriate inform me of the manner in
which records are filed, retrieved or generated.

Pursuant to OPRA, within five business days of the receipt of this request, I ask the
courtesy of your reply or denial in writing, to include a reason of any denial in whole or part, or
provide a date certain when such a response can be reasonably expected. If for any reason any
portion of my request is denied, please inform me of same including the name, job title, address and e-mail address of the person or body to whom an appeal should be directed.
