Copy of letter listing problems with Fire Prevention
Dear Berkeley Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide a copy of the letter provided by the state officials today Tuesday March 12th, 2019 that listed problems within the township's Fire Prevention Bureau. I was present in town hall this morning at 9 a.m. during their visit and personally witnessed the state official describing this letter and its existence prior to providing it to Berkeley Township Fire Official Jack Wiegartner.

Berkeley Township has no documents responsive to your request. Township officials never received an unsigned or signed letter yesterday from State Officials on Tuesday, March 12, 2019.
