Dear Treasury Government Records Access Unit [TREAS],
I have no check #, how would I? I am requesting the payment made in a one lump sum to either New Beginnings and or Amir Khan for the amount originally listed. According to The NJ Historic Trust, and Dorothy Guzzo, this payment was made through the department of treasury. I was told by Dorothy Guzzo that no application was filed for the grant and the money was granted based upon an email sent to her by Amir Khan. Please reach out to the NJ Historic Trust, as they are they ones who directed me to you. Another way you might find it is just send me any payments made in that amount from August of 2022 through today.
