Please send me the most recent property inspection records, certificate of occupancies, and rental applications and approvals for 414 North Second Street and 125 Linden Street.
I am reaching out because the properties recently changed tenants and I want to verify that a certificate of occupancy or continued certificate of occupancy have been granted and that the properties have been registered with the new tenants as rentals with the Rent Control Office and the Municipal Clerk’s Office for Landlord Registration.
I appreciate your continued time and help with this. Your office has been very helpful and speedy with these requests which I and others in the neighborhood appreciate.

In regards to your OPRA request, attached please find information on file
with the Municipal Clerk’s Office.
Our Building Bureau has advised the following: “No records were found for
the mentioned properties. They have no Certificate of Occupancies.”
Our Housing Bureau has advised the following: “In regard to OPRA Request
for 414 North Second Street; There is rental approval and rent control for
year 2020.
In regard to OPRA Request for 125 Linden St.; There is no new rental
approval and rent control for year 2020.”
This concludes the City’s response to your OPRA request.
