This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Joseph Paul Farina was served a summons at his home for stalking a young girl. She filmed the encounter. Roughly 2014; give or take. I’d like a copy of all relevant data pertaining to this incident. There was a line up, Miranda Rights were read.

Please be advised that the Bergen County Administrative Offices and the Bergen County Clerk are not in possession of any documents responsive to your requests. Kindly contact the municipality, prosecutor's office and Sheriff's Department directly to inquire into same as they may be in possession of the requested records and have their own records custodians.
