This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
During a recent town hall meeting about a proposed trash incinerator powered microgrid in South Camden, NJ, Camden County Freeholder Nash stated that a baghouse filter permit application(possibly a preliminary one) has been submitted to the NJ DEP for consideration. Please provide any and all versions of this proposed baghouse filter application for the Camden Covanta trash incinerator.
