Dear Ocean County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

SCANNER/TABULATOR:

Copy of and all adjudication records related to the November 3, 2020 election, extending to close of final voter tally counts.

Please provide copies of Resolutions with associated Purchase Orders and any exhibits/schedules between the Board of Election and/or County Commissions regarding scanner/tabulator equipment used in the November, 2020 election. These may include software vendors purchase/lease or rental as well as software licensing/maintenance agreements.

Reports requested, to include:

• Event Log Reports, including calibration.
• Summary Event Log Reports
• System Log Reports
• Write-in Review Reports
• Status Barcode reports generated for smartphone-based QR code scanning app to read the code and deliver the status of the scanner/tabulator to election headquarters.
• Inventory report and movement chain of custody logs of all scanner/tabulator flash drives used in the November 3, 2020 general election.
