Mary Juliano, Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office

Dear Ms. Hunter,

This email acknowledges receipt of the below public record request.  Under
normal circumstances, our response would be due today, July 28, 2020,
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i)(1).  However, because we continue to be
under a state of emergency, the 7-business-day deadline is relaxed.
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i)(2).  We are invoking subsection (i)(2) to extend our
deadline to respond to this request.  Satisfying it has required repeated
consultation with our IT department, which has been challenging due to
scheduled vacation and staggered work schedules.  You can anticipate
having the requested records before the end of this work week.

Thank you for your patience,

Mary Juliano

Assistant Prosecutor

Mary Juliano, Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office

Dear Ms. Hunter,

By email dated July 28, 2020, the response to this public record request had been extended to today, July 31, 2020.

The requested search has generated a large amount of data (more than 3,500 lines) which will have to be reviewed for redaction before it can be released. This Office will need an additional ten (10) business days to produce the requested record in releasable form.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i)(2), this email extends the response deadline to Friday, Aug. 14, 2020. I will make all reasonable efforts to produce the record for you prior to that date.

I appreciate your patience,
Mary Juliano
Assistant Prosecutor
