Block 606, Lot 4. Was there a gas conversion permit? Has there been an
oil tank that was removed?

Response: Attached is a copy of the house card showing permit
activity for the property.
No open permits or violations were found in Building Dept. files.
Included is a copy of the permit for an oil tank removal in 1992.
