Dear Brick MUA,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A copy of all contracts and vendor activity that have been authorized by the town including accounting, engineering,legal and architecture in the past year (1/1/21-present).

Please accept this response to your OPRA request seeking clarification as your request is overly broad and unclear.
First, please confirm that you are seeking records from the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority, and not Brick Township, as your request states you are seeking certain records “authorized by the town.”
Second, please set forth with specificity the actual records you are seeking in a list form, and for each record sought specify the time period to be applied. In addition, please specify for each record sought, whether you are requesting a list or an actual document.

Please accept this response as the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority's final response to your OPRA request. Please find attached the BTMUA's Condensed Vendor Activity Report for the last calendar year (1/1/21 to 12/31/21). This is the only document in the BTMUA's possession that is responsive to your request. Please be advised that the BTMUA does not maintain a list of all contracts as requested; however, all contracts entered into by the BTMUA are also included in the Condensed Vendor Activity Report, among other payments.
