Can you please review Adams, Rehmann and Heggan Associates again as Bill resolutions for payment were approved by Council during April 2019 through September 2019. (Each of the 6 months)

I checked with our Finance Department and they didn't have anything listed under Adams, Rehmann and Heggan Associates. However, they did look again and found them under ARH Associates. They also responded that they did not give the list of the manual PO’s that were done for CME, please also see attached.
