Please see attached per the OPRA Request from the Construction Department for all permit history. For your convenience you may access this information directly on our Portal for Construction. You just need to go to Berkeley Township on a Google Search and then in the Construction Department you will see the link for SDL. Just register and you may check any property in the Township all information is live.

Further the site has the incorrect records custodian and the custodian is not required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq to change it on an outside site and the Township processes requests sent via email, fax, our online form(which can be filled out on a cell phone) and accessible from the Townships home page www.berkeleytownship.org) In Person or regular mail
