Dear Barnegat Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- Copies of open and closed construction permits from 1/1/2001 to present day
- Copy of property record card
- Any/all records of the presence of an underground oil tank including permits, the installation or removal of an underground oil tank, remediation reports and environmental reports, if applicable.
- Copy of survey showing underground oil tank location (if applicable)
- Copy of records of oil to natural gas conversion (if applicable)

The survey I received is handwritten as 17 Lilac Lane, but it is the for Block 116.36 LOT 16, which is 11 Lilac Lane according to the Ocean County Tax Board online search portal. I am requesting 17 Lilac Lane, Block 116.36 LOT 13. Thank you!
