Before we schedule any inspections please respond to the following
questions:
1. Are you or any member of the household having flu-like symptoms, such
as fever, cough, or shortness of breath?
2. In the last 14 days have you or anyone in the household traveled to
a high-risk area for transmission of COVID-19?
3. Have you or anyone in the household been in close contact with
someone confirmed or is being evaluated for COVID-19?
If the answer to all 3 questions is no, we can proceed with the scheduling
the inspection.
If circumstances change and any of the above questions are “yes”, please
cancel your inspection and re-schedule for a later date.
These questions will be asked again by the inspector again at the time of
the inspection before entering the premises.
