Construction Permit Contractor Information
Dear Records Custodian,
Please accept this request for public records made under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.) and the common law right of access.
I am requesting the following government records:
For all construction permits issued by Ramsey between September 1, 2025 and March 1, 2026, please provide:
1. Permit number
2. Contractor name (individual)
3. Contractor business/company name
4. Contractor NJ license number
5. Contractor phone number on file
6. Contractor email address on file
7. Property address
8. Work type/description
If an export from the SDL system in spreadsheet or CSV format is available, that is the preferred delivery method. Otherwise, any format containing the above fields is acceptable.
I certify that I have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
Please let me know if there are any fees associated with this request. I am willing to pay reasonable copying/processing costs.

Attached is the requested information in CSV format, of permits issued between 9-1-25 and 3-1-26.
The base record we maintain, does not differentiate agent name and agent company name.
We also do not keep the license number on the main record.
