I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and/or septic tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and/or septic tank location.

The Borough of Tinton Falls official Records Custodian received your Open
Public Records Act request 2019-133 on June 21, 2019. As such the seven
