Pursuant to your request, attached please find copies of all building permits issued for this property located at 735 East Avenue, a/k/a Block 80/Lot 5, for the past ten years. I am also attaching a copy of the Planning Board Resolution, #2016-01, from when the property owners made application to the Board for all of the work they wanted to do, as well as copies of all Zoning approvals for that period of time.
