The records I am seeking are related to unauthorized existing construction. Sometime in September 2012, Ray Sarran denied issuing a permit due to illegal construction. The owner of the property was told that he needed to go to the planning board, which he failed to to.
I would like any records related to the permit denial in 2012.
Also, where there any violations issued by city inspectors prior to September 2012 regarding the illegal additions?
